How to link both speakers: 1. For first time use, power on both speakers at the same time.
2. When you hear the first beep, short press any one of the speaker power buttons.
3. Once both speakers are linked successfully, you will hear the second beep.
4. For second time use, both speakers will be linked automatically.
How to pair a Bluetooth enabled devices: 1. While both speakers are linked successfully, please select “Fuse TWS Speaker” on your Bluetooth enabled devices (if you find two “Fuse TWS Speaker” names shown on your Bluetooth enabled devices, that means both speakers haven’t been linked successfully.
2. Go back to the process on (“How to link both speakers”); you will hear a beep to indicate successful pairing.
After buying several fuse products and being happy with the quality and price of them.
This product (which I bought 2 of ,1 for myself and one for a gift)fell extremely short.
When trying to pair they will transfer from one to another but will not pair at all (with one speaker being extremely more clear and louder than the other)
I understand they aren’t a overly pricy item but I do expect them to work,the one set I was going to gift as a stocking stuffer I’ve now decided against as they don’t work as they should,paired and the the quality and volume of sound being the same on both,I’d be embarrassed to give them as a gift ,my set also won’t be used.
Has there been a bad batch of these or some other issue ?

Speaker Factory Error
At first glance they were fine, they both turned on after charging for two hours or so, both their lights functioned well, but then came time to pair them. It was a bit of a hassle but eventually I connected them, and then the music would only ever play from one speaker. I tried quite a lot of things to get the other working, and eventually turned off the working one and connected the other alone. Only to find that the speaker itself was shot, the small squeaking noise that came out instead of music told me that much. I followed the instructions in that small manual to a T, so I expect this to just be an unfortunate factory mistake.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. That should not be happening with our speakers. I asked our customer care team to reach out ASAP to help sort this out for you.

Love the speakers, but the battery does not hold a charge
I loved these speakers, perfect for what I wanted - listening to music while staying in a hotel, but after one use, the batteries would not hold a charge for more than 5 minutes! Out of good faith and optimism, I bought a second set, but had the exact same experience.
